Clean rooms and accommodating staff. The location is convenient, close to the Lo Wu market and various transportation options. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, including a good restaurant on the second floor.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The hotel is conveniently located, just few minutes walk from Guo Mao metro station. The area outside the hotel is safe and full of shops and you can have a meal at any time. The room was rather clean and tidy.

During my stay there for 2 nights, I couldn't sleep well due to the loud noises coming from a club (or a kind of) probably on another floor of the hotel and starting playing music from late evening. That was rather unpleasant. The staff might talk a better english. The internet connection is free of charge but they don't provide wifi but a cable available on the desk, so that I couldn't use my netbook sitting on the bed.

The hotel's location is very central and just a five minutes walk from the Lo Wu Boarder, which was very convenient for us. The staff was very helpful and their english was very good. We could easily check out at 2pm instead of 12pm without any extra charge. The pool and gym are huge and nice. They offer also tickets for various parks and sights in Shenzhen, another convenient thing. All in all, the hotel was definitely worth the money!

This hotel is absolutely amazing! I have been traveling to China for my business trips for quite some time now, but since I stayed here last month, I haven't bothered to look for any other hotels. The location is perfect, as it is situated in the midst of a bustling market place, with two metro stations conveniently close by. The service here is top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping always on point. The staff are incredibly helpful, although some may have limited English skills. However, there is always someone who can assist in English, like the bellman who was fluent.

This place offers enhanced comfort and luxurious amenities. The rooms are spacious and clean, with great air conditioning and a television for entertainment.

the staff was super friendly and accommodating to all my needs. the room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. the location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of restaurants and shops nearby. I also enjoyed the free breakfast, which offered a good selection of food and drinks. a great experience!

There were a couple of things I didn't like. the Wi-Fi was quite slow and patchy, which made it difficult to stay connected.

Great location if you need commute to Hong Kong, business in Shenzhen and also shopping around hotel.

Great hotel, good value for money, friendly and helpful staff who spoke English. Excellent location. Close to Metro Station, shopping, food places etc. Will stay there for sure if I go back to Shenzhen.

The Gym opens only at 7am

Clean and fluffy beds, luxurious quality, amazing concierge's help, staff went above and beyond to assist guests, excellent assistance with airport shuttle, shopping.

Very easy access, especially coming from Hong Kong. Polite, informed and helpful staff. There might be some whose English is not expert; I had not trouble, but I could conduct most of my business in Chinese. The concierges' English was exceptional. We got a room with a balcony. That was great.
